this was an idea i had a while back for my own channel that i ended up scrapping due to lack of skill, but you should try playing table tennis using increasingly heavy balls with the same diameter as a normal one, with the endgame being a solid tungsten sphere. At the size of a table tennis ball that would weigh half a kilo

@Pongfinity - Consider: Put lots of light on one half of the table and leave the other half in complete darkness. Eventually use a black ball when it gets too easy. Project the light at an angle with spotlights - the intention is not to blind the person on the bright end. Dark clothes could help obscuring the person on the dark side. If it's too easy, offset the light further from the center of the table, leaving less room for defending, for the person on the bright side. Also: Otto's great grandmother might be an ent :D That would explain why he prefers to be static and he's wise and strong.

Challenge idea: You have to hit the ball on your own side then have it bounce over the net and land on the other side. Basically a serve but for every shot.

Here's an idea for a video: Have 2 Ping-Pong tables connected side by side. In a 4v4 match. Whoever makes the mistake or closes to the ball on the loosing side at the end of a rally is eliminated. Game continues until one team remains (similar to dodge ball). When one team remains they get 1 point and the game goes again with 4v4 people, first to 3 points wins.

I made one with 3 dollars, and it is actually better than most no brand rackets.With very tough, thin cardboard with no holes inside, and i bought for 20€ each, 4 rubber pieces which i glued with whatever i found around
