The fourth installment in Crypton Future Media's annual "MIKU WITH YOU" concert series, this third-dimensional online concert was broadcast live on Chinese streaming service bilibili on December 25, 2020. Originally intended to be a full-scale concert, the event was moved online due to issues surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic in China. The broadcast came from an unknown venue, and AR technology was used to realistically project the performing VOCALOIDs in the venue and in front of four live musicians as well as amongst both live visual effects and lighting. The main visual of the concert was illustrated by Bison, and its official theme song is entitled "Tàbù, Chūfā", (Step, Start) composed and arranged by MACHWOLF.

2020 was a horrible year yes but good things also comes from bad things and this is one of them, all the performances looks beautiful specially the Sand Planet, Step Forward and World is Mine ones, amazing job by everyone who worked on the show, I enjoyed every single second of it. I have to say, this may be one of the best concert i have ever seen. It sucks knowing that this was all during the pandemic. Despite still having older songs being played. I dont mind Luka Luka Fever since the creator who has passed away deserves the honor. Im glad theres some songs i hear that are rarely in past performances. The best thing tho would have to be the scenery and all the floating objects, amazing. Im also impressed that they used different models of the vocaloids throughout the performance. I wish i could see this in person

All the lights are planned (i can't imagine they wouldn't be) so I cant help but wish they had fed that into a computer program and rendered the final miku images with the proper lighting. Would really add to the whole thing, you know?

Is Miku speaking/singing in Mandarin in one of the songs? And when she talks?? It's so interesting. I wonder if she has an accent? To me it sounds like normal Mandarin but I don't speak it at all (It could be Cantonese for all I know) I just know it ain't Japanese. It doesn't sound Japanese at all either, which is what I'd assume Miku's voicebank would do, but maybe not... Or is there just a Mandarin Miku VB out there?

While I appreciate the AR stuff, the fact that the lighting does not affect the characters is jarring. At least when it's a projection screen any lights that interact with it actually color the character. Here, it's quite obvious that it's a digitally placed character overlaid on the real stage. Does not diminish my excitement for Miku Expo 2021, which I expect will be a similar format.
