It would be an honor to be able to just swim beside a champion idol, more so if he came 2nd (though because of the time delay specifically only for this event) with an inspiring smile in his eyes towards you. The high five is the icing in the cake. So lucky of him. I hope his name was written in here too.😊
This dude could beat a dolphin who had a head start 😂 dude is massive too, definitely seemed to me like he was able to jump a bit further into the pool. Mad respect for all of these men putting up a good fight. ❤
Put the joke aside, the dude in white cap is not bad at all, he needs more muscles to beat the Olympian, but surely is already a super competitive swimmer.
um.... what are you talking about 😂 Kid in white cap was swimming in the pack with everyone else. He also got a 5 seconds head start like everyone else. Not sure what you saw that was special or stood out, in anyway.
Really any television show or movie. It's a famous trope. Because laws and rules for child actors are more onerous. So they hire a "young" looking adult. Sometimes with hilarious results.
@@MWsamui Don't know if he's training, or how he's training, kind of difficult to guess. Adam seems to be a nice person, so I wish him all the best in the form that corresponds to his definition of best.
My coach used to hold me back just like that (running). I cd beat everybody (this was 1st and 2nd grade). I still get tickets for driving too fast bc i feel this need to overtake anyone in front of me. Im now 70. PS - fell in love with the first boy who cd run faster (3rd grade). Hey, Teddy Draper.
I'm a former competitive swimmer and I remember being a swim meets with Alex Bauman, Victor Davis, Mark Tewksbury, and Ann Ottenbright up in I think it was Sudbury back in the 80's... I intentionally got in the same lane with Victor Davis to warm up and didn't move out of the way fast enough and he plowed over me... the next day I got in the lane with Mark and he was significantly nicer about it.. they actually did the proper thing touched my foot then went around me as I dropped below him just in case he did what Victor did because it had hurt and I wasn't looking for a repeat... It's a memorial thrill for kids to meet and be so close to their idols! That was an extremely memorable 3 day swim meet.. I got ALL their autographs and pictures with Mark, Alex and Ann.. Victor said he was too busy... I never judged him because hey for all I knew he was on his way to his event call..or maybe he had a lot going on in his personal life and just didn't want to interact with strangers and constant younger swimmer's constantly bothering him ... I believe I was around 14 at that time maybe even 15 at most.. Anyway for him to do this with younger up and coming swimmer's is amazing and will definitely make a difference in their lives but also IF they are ever in the same position hopefully they will do something memorable for the future younger swimmer's
How did I miss hearing about this man? That little clip was actually thrilling to watch! As a child I followed Mark Spitz (who didn't?) as he made history in the '72 Olympics. He was just amazing to watch. And obviously there've been lots of great athletes since then, but this fella is a real standout. Will have to check it out further.
The Kid in the white cap won, barely. Kid speaking: "It's a technique I've mastered over the years, you just flap like a bird real hard, and you will know when you do it right, people will start laughing" That's it really, that's my secret. 😅😜
Спортсмены прыгнули в воду раньше команды ,а номер 3 не стал бараном в стаде ,и только его результат был засчитан ,а это победа ! Вот что значит железная выдержка !
I just started swimming as a way to loose some weight and it literally takes me 5 minutes for what they swim in seconds! guys thats hard and impressive that he caught up that quick
This is a thing called “sprint with the stars”. Sprint With The Stars is a revolutionary event where junior swimmers have the opportunity to race some of the world's best.
That flapping of arms at the beginning must be a signature move the guy must've thought it'd make him go faster....? Adam Peaty...this guy's a torpedo. He's freakn huge too btw...he must be related to Aquaman 🧜♂️
The competition is Sprint with the Star, a meet with the aim to inspire the next generation. Age group swimmers get a head start against star swimmers and try to beat them!
Those two have a good sense of humour and good as competitors, the one in white taking the mick slapping himself (you can see both are laughing), but when finished was happy for him. They make great sportsmen and people with attitudes like that.
How much of your day do you spend obsessing about trans people for this to be your first reaction to a video about a great swimmer? Live your own life.
@@MattBottomlyno we care about Fair competition that's on our mind. Once we hear of a male athlete poking his nose somewhere it shouldn't be it's always on our mind first chance we get to get them out of there we will be the first ones commenting so stop being weird pls and create your own weird world and stop bleeding into ours. Ty✌
Si te das cita, todos salieron antes de dar el silbato de partida, el único que salió legal fue el que se quedó le dió ventaja al otro y llegaron casi juntos
Dear Mr. Peaty, I hope you got over your problems and if not, consider to connect with poor people. Try and help them, open their eyes. Give them money and oportunities, for sure you’ll feel better. Take care.
