It’d be nice to actually see an accurate portrayal for once which is what this movie shoulda done without even seeing it

I love Adam Driver but just a little info about him when it comes to his military experience: Before he ever had the chance to be deployed, he was injured in a car accident and was medically discharged, so he never did see combat. But still, I am dying to see him in a role like this. He is an amazing actor.

I just watched it on a streaming service. Dont pay for watching it. I promise you - and Im being completely honest here - this movie is cheesy, lame and nothing compared to Jurassic park or Jurassic world. Im not going to spoil anything for you, or if anyone of your theories are correct, but all Im saying is that this is not a movie worth paying for. At all. I was so excited for it, and now I feel like I wasted my time on it.

Nah the designs suck, but the premise of the movie and the fact that Adam Driver is in it seals the deal.

It litreally tells you the story is set 65 million years ago and that it's prehistoric earth 🤦🏽‍♂️

​@Shaun Paradis I literally work in this industry, I know what producers do, genius. Sam Raimi likely has some input but this isn't a "Sam Raimi movie". His impact on the movie is minimal. The producer selects the above-the-line personnel and usually has a lot of pull for who stars and directs. But a producer is typically not involved with very much of the creative process for the movie. Do you really think just because someone is a producer that anyone ever associates the movie with the person? Do you say, "oh man! Pulp Fiction is such a good Lawrence Bender movie!"??? No, you call it a Tarantino movie, because he both wrote and directed it. The only reason this trailer is really pushing the "produced by Sam Raimi" is because it's probably one of the only things they have up their sleeve to get people to show up to watch it. It's not "a Sam Raimi movie".

Yes, directors, artists, and actors are involved in the creative process of the movie, but how do you think those ideas and assets and material get made and communicated and delivered? On time and within budget? Producers. We are the blood vessel that keeps a production moving. Moreover, Production staff are overworked and often underpaid. I know "Executive Producers" were who folks had in mind in this thread, but I just wanted to clarify. To say a movie is only about the actors and directors and writers or whatever is such a slap to the face. To say all we do is handle excel sheets or that we're not actually part of the movie is such a disheartening insult. We ALL work on the movie, and we all work very, very hard.

@Sean Connery if you think Sam Raimi isn’t picking his projects after all these years, then I don’t want know what to tell you. He’s well beyond taking a gig to make ends meet. Dr Strange is an extra summer home for him. Even if it sucked (which it did), he knows it’s a guaranteed profit (which it was).

same fell asleep the first few minutes but I was locked when the chase began. Cool concept..Some dinos maybe not so legit like the iguanadon perhaps..maybe they made it scarier.
