I think they came out to do a routine between innings, then they weren't sure the inning was over so they were getting out of the way. In the end they realized the inning was over and got up to do their routine.

Baseball in JP is at a whole 'nother level. I've seen some other vids/docs on fans/clubs going to their local pubs or restaurants. So much more alive than here in the states.
I lived in Japan and did this when I was early 20’s. One thing I noticed was they are at an advantage with shorter legs. I was shorter than them but my legs were longer and my knees stuck up higher. Harder to do with longer legs.
