In just 6 days, this two minute video became the second most viewed Blue Archive video on this channel and on the entirety of JPvid. And the fact that they managed to capture a whole range of emotions without using fancy graphics or highly detailed animations.... Movies out there need to up their game not gonna lie.
One reason for that is people is actually play and read the story of this game. We simply attached to the characters and the stories of this game. We know what's going on and now what to expect, fancy graphics is nice but aren't needed here.
I love how this PV showed us the change from the future because of our choices, We took Hoshino back and prevent the Abydos school from being closed and protected the students who would probably die from protecting their school. We met Arisu and helped her find a place where she belongs rather than her being use as a weapon for destruction. Azuza got a chance to redeem herself and found friends who will stay with her no matter what. A lot of students including Hina live after the failure of Eden treaty where they should have died but they trusted each other because they have a common goal which is to save us and bring us back safe. Mika also got a chance to pay for her sins and regret her decisions rather than her being crazy by the guilt because she thinks she murdered Seia. The rabbit squad did lose their school, but they didn't lose any member and they still have someone they can trust. The squad didn't lose anyone we manage to save Hime and prevented the destruction of kivotos.
For those who haven't played Blue Archive. This PV will evoke some unknown emotions from you. For those who had played, especially those who don't skip the story. It's hits like a train. The story has some dialog in which the player has to choose from. In most cases, the dialog choices are very cheesy and won't affect the general flow of the story, and some dialogs are non-negotiable. With that said, the players would generally select a dialog without much thought, no matter how cheesy the line is, like it was the most natural thing to do. To show the impact on how our light-hearted decision had on those characters. Dragging the realization that we really had changed their lives. I had played many games, but this was the first one that demonstrated how words, no matter how insignificant it may be to the player, had on the characters you had interacted with. It wasn't the grand moments that I remembered when I watched this PV. It was all the small insignificant interactions I had with the character that all flooded back to me. All that cheesy dialog that I personally took for granted suddenly felt heavy. It's a very undiscribible feeling and probably not something I will ever encounter again from any medium of entertainment. Edit: Interesting enough, the BGM in this PV gives off the "It's not over yet" type of vibe. Some may say it's hype, but how I would describe it. It drives the emotion to not let the story end. Probably, that's the unknown emotions I'm getting from this PV.
This PV is heading towards the most viewed video of this channel and you can really tell why They managed to capture a lot of different emotions with brilliant coordination between visuals and music. you feel both hype and the feels at the same time. you can tell this was made with pure love for the game. Hope to see Blue Archive grow even more in the future🎉 Edit: WOW... the momentum just doesn't stop. It broke the no.1 most viewed mark and is flying past that point and is now at almost 5 million. Insane numbers for a gacha game let alone Blue Archive
This 4th PV finally made sense of the Prologue and what Sensei's true mission is: To save these pure innocent girls from the destruction caused by GSC President's bad decisions. And seeing the result of the alternate timeline was heartwrenching...Goes to show how much we have bonded with the girls . This also serves as a really good motivator to stop whatever is about to happen that wasn't prevented in the alternate timeline. I'm very excited to see this final episode to come to Global Server ina few months.
I was watching it live. And when pv end. No one spoke. Not even the mc, the cast, the guest or even the poeple there. Holyshit the pv is totally amazing
0:53 "I've spoken of responsibility before. I didn't truly understand it then, but now I do. Adulthood, responsibility, obligation... and the choices you make that extend beyond those ideals. I even understand their implications. Therefore, Sensei... you're the only one I can trust. Only you can free us from this twisted, distorted fate... So, Sensei. Please..."
The Best PV I've ever watched. You can feel they put a lot of feeling and emotions in just single video. It is just absolutely amazing. When the BGM start syncing with the video it hits me really hard. Happy 2nd Anniversary Blue Archive - Sensei from Thailand.
The alternate/previous timeline without us or our interventions is like the bad ending of the game, I guess that's why GSC President send us back to guide the students and prevent that to happen. Seriously, what an amazing game & I'm glad that I played this game.
@crow .511 Oh that makes sense now that you said it but still we dont know how the lore actually works. The story is just so fascinating, atleast for me. Which leads me to alot of comments. I honestly dont see grown up shiroko villain being a thing in-game, i would be alittle disappointed tbh.
There's many words I would like to type out but reading the fellow sensei's comments, both veteran and new ones I believe that it's enough to assure that it's not a fluke but truly a community as a whole. Blue Archive, there's many expectation on you now and I don't think there's a need to worry at all. Thank you for releasing this awesome PV.
Sensei's lines translation 1:04 "It wasn't your fault, 〇〇〇" 1:11 "I will bear the responsibilities" 1:13 "Because that's what adults should do" 1:16 "Whatever you want to be, is up for you to decide" 1:19 "The dreams that my students wish from the bottom of their hearts to come true" 1:21 "Thank you for always giving your best" 1:24 "You are no witch, Mika" 1:27 "See you again. When the time comes, i will take responsibility" 1:29 "Because the future that awaits us, has infinite possibilities"
I'm not a blue archive player , but this PV makes me want to play the game . Since the beginning of this game i really like the clean art and the beautiful BGM , I have been listening to the BGM for quite awhile yet I didnt try the game. But I guess it's time for me to try
